Terms of Service

1. Services Overview

SIAP/LAB provides creative execution systems, including but not limited to:

• Website systems

• Short-form video systems

• Monthly execution systems

We operate on a system-based, recurring execution model, not one-off task fulfillment.

2. Engagement Model

• All services run on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Deliverables, scope, and checkpoints are defined during onboarding or alignment.

• SIAP/LAB does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or performance outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials required for execution

• Respond within reasonable timeframes to avoid delivery delays

• Use delivered assets in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals may affect timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

• Fees are billed monthly in advance unless stated otherwise

• Payments are non-refundable once a cycle has started

• Late payments may result in paused execution

All pricing is outlined on the Pricing page or in a written agreement.

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle

• No long-term contracts are required

• Work already completed within a billing cycle will not be refunded

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final delivered assets

• SIAP/LAB retains the right to showcase work for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed

• Drafts, systems, frameworks, and internal methodologies remain the intellectual property of SIAP/LAB

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, technical, and strategic information confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

SIAP/LAB shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Platform changes (e.g., social media algorithms, third-party tools)

• Business losses resulting from the use of delivered systems

Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• These terms are violated

• Payments are not made

• The engagement becomes abusive, unlawful, or unethical

10. Changes to Terms

SIAP/LAB may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
